New York Producer ALMAND Drops Contagious Remix Of Bryce Fox

New York Producer ALMAND Drops Contagious Remix Of Bryce Fox
Jeaux Bay

I want to highlight ALMAND because he is the funniest producer I know. Kid reminds me of Jim Carrey, just crazy af. Just real this soundcloud description:

About 40 years ago, I was sentenced to jail for disrupting dogs in an online chat room. Fortunately, I was released early for good behavior and travelled to Seattle, Washington via Aircraft Carrier. I ended up meeting the love of my life, Debbie, at the local diner. She made this remix before she left me for Todd. SCREW YOU TODD!

Now on to the song…The original was already catchy but ALMAND gave it that spice that allowed it to really shine. Great sound design on the kick and a feel good drop. Grab your copy of this remix below.

Pacha New York Is Closing Its Doors After Decade Run

Pacha New York Is Closing Its Doors After Decade Run
Brian Bonavoglia

New York City has been a staple in the electronic dance music scene since the early 90s and while we’ve seen a number of clubs come and go, the announcement that Pacha NYC will be closing its doors was certainly unexpected.

If you’ve grown up in the tri-state area or paid a visit to the Big Apple as a dance music fan, you’ve certainly paid a visit to the legendary venue for a what always seemed to be an unforgettable night. Well after a decade full of memories, Pacha NYC will be closing its doors for good this January.

Next month, Pacha NYC will be celebrating The Ten-Year Anniversary featuring the likes of Puff Daddy, Carnage, Dirty South, and Markus Schulz followed by a series of closing parties in January.

“The average nightclub lasts 18 months – we lasted 120. It’s been a wild ride that none of us will ever forget. Our final parties will celebrate the different artists, styles, and scenes that have made Pacha great.” – Pacha New York’s president, Eddie Dean.
