Released on Lowly Palace, rising French producer Le Malls just dropped an insane music video for his new single “Call Me” ft. Lilianna Wilde. At the early age of 17, Le Malls has been blowing up this past year. His past two releases “R&G” and “Blazed” have been streamed over 10 million times. Le Malls’ production skills are way beyond his years and he continues to capture our attention with this killer new single and music video.
Le Malls chose to release the music video for “Call Me” the same day as the song. He explains “I didn’t just want to release the track without a visual representation. I felt that this song really needed to have an element which ties in the vocals, production and the visuals all in one hit.” The hard-hitting tune combines elements from different genres creating a unique and powerful sound. It takes you on a journey of chill-trap perfectly ornamented by Lilianne’s angelic voice and then boom.. bass in your face. The video, which was directed by Cameron Ward, perfectly embodies the feelings in the song and is impossible to look away from.
Le Malls and Lilianna Wilde are truly the dream team. Le Malls found her on Soundcloud and was instantly drawn to the passion in her voice. “She sounded like an angel trying to break away from heaven. The idea with “Call Me” was to be able to create a soundscape, which could convey the passion that she has for her music. It’s a break up song for the modern age”. We are praying these two collab again soon. Check out the “Call Me” music video below!
