Aryay Unleashes All The Feels With “Always Wanted You” Ft. Kimbra
One of my favorite parts about music is stumbling across songs that evoke a certain emotion. Since I pressed play on Aryay’s latest release “Always Wanted You,” featuring Kimbra, I’ve been in a state of pure happiness. Loop after loop, I have found myself lost in the waves of euphoric synths, hypnotizing hymns, and seductive snare. It also doesn’t hurt that Kimbra adds the perfect cherry on top with easy to sing lyrics. Check out the tune below out now via OWSLA.

Carbin Unleashes ID Promo Mix Filled With Unreleased Originals And Collabs With Top Shelf, Milz And More!
Carbin is back with one of the best promo mixes I’ve heard. Each song featured in the mix is an unreleased ID. Some remixes, originals and some collaborations with familiar names like Milz and Top Shelf. I can imagine every song in here being dropped and supported by the big guys like Skrillex, Excision and Skism. It amazes me that these weren’t the artists who made these songs.
Carbin is definitely one to watch out for in the coming years. I suggest listening all the way through this ten minute mix. It’s worth getting hyped to. After all, it is festival season and if your at home feeling like your missing out on being at the big festivals, blasting this mix may have the ability to comfort you.

If you’re a fan of good old-fashioned wubs, Ravachol is one name to watch closely in the coming months. Returning after a brief production break after a computer malfunction, this budding talent has caught the eye of Oolacile and is looking to make quite the first impression with his forthcoming EP.
“Cap Nip” and “Pump It Up” are a sample of what’s to come from the mysterious producer, but on thing is clear, whoever this is can produce with the best of them. Check out these two bass beauties below and be sure to show your support by grabbing Cap Nip March 29th.
Nurko got his with a double whammy hundreds of producers have dreamed of having. A TSIS premiere and a Trap Nation (in this case sub-label Lowly Palace) release. Nurko’s “Let Me Go (feat. Alina Renae)” is a particular unique blend of dubstep tempo and drums with modern future vibes. The indie vocal layer takes the whole track to a sweet spot where it needed to be. Nurko is getting a ton of love on this one so far, join the party by listening to his track above.
They always said two is better than one and that couldn’t be more accurate especially when it comes to free music from Wiwek. The Dutch/Indian producer starts off 2017 with a bang unleashing “Faka G” (which is slang for “What’s up” in Dutch/Surinamese) and “Double Dribble ” featuring Keno as free downloads via OWSLA. Each one of these bad boys is hallmark examples of the jungle terror genre for those who may have forgotten what the hype was about. Grab you copies below and enjoy!

House music fans get ready as the mecca of festivals has just released it’s initial lineup. Movement Electronic Music Festival which takes place every Memorial Day Weekend in Detroit started off their artist announcements properly by name dropping headliner Carl Cox among a vast variety of other artists. There’s some hip hop with Detroit native Danny Brown and one of my personal favorites Earl Sweatshirt. Other standouts are the Teklife’s DJ Spinn and DJ Taye, Shiba San, and the ever so groovy Jamie Jones. While this is only phase one, I can’t imagine what they’ve got in store for phases 2 and 3. After last year’s Kraftwerk 3D set, this year will surely be out of this world. You can find all of your information including where to get tickets here.
There just seems to be something when it comes to French producers and their surplus of quality house music. Must be something in the water, I guess.
