Just a Gent & Smle Collab on Future House Single “Leave It All”
This week has been insanely full of new music. With all of the exciting releases, Just a Gent’s new collab with smle “Leave It All” ft. Calica surely did not go unnoticed. We love Just a Gent’s whole vibe. From his very “gentlemanly” signature suit uniform to his mantra “just your everyday gentleman making your not so everyday dance music” we are for sure Just a Gent fangirls.
“Leave It All” is one of the first releases from Just a Gent after his successful EP Stories to Tell. He teamed up with smle & Calica to create a dreamy future house tune. The track which is topped by Calica’s angelic vocals, starts off very light and airy but then gets a little trappy once the beat drops..which we’re not mad about. We’re hoping for more collabs from this dream team asap. Check out “Leave It All” below!

Louis Tomlinson Of One Direction And Steve Aoki Bring You “Just Hold On”
Louis Tomlinson of One Direction has temporarily stepped away from his fellow boyband mates to bring fans something that’s completely different…a collaboration with the notorious cake-throwing DJ/producer Steve Aoki.
Their track, which was originally premiered for the first time on the season finale of The X Factor UK, is titled “Just Hold On.” An appropriate setting considering it was the same TV show and stage where Tomlinson came to fame back in 2010.
“Just Hold On” is perfectly balanced in showcasing both Tomlinson’s and Aoki’s strong suits in music: pop and electronic dance. The tune is incredibly uplifting with the powerful message to continue pushing through the hard times. As Tomlinson just recently loss his mother to cancer, the song also acts as a beautiful homage to her while he works through this misfortune.
A hit song that’s sure to make its mark on the music charts, check it out down below.
Pegboard Nerds’ Single “Just Like That” Gets Love From WOLFE
I recently stumbled over a Los Angeles based producer and DJ that goes by WOLFE. For all you active Soundcloud users and music enthusiasts, this is the guy you flip out about when you find. One where you show everyone you know because you are excited about how dope the music is and you aren’t sure why he hasn’t blow yet. WOLFE has been sneaking in these bootleg remixes that should all be official and I will be sharing them with you as we move forward. The first one I want to highlight is his remix of Pegboard Nerds’ single “Just Like That” featuring Johnny Graves. The original record was magic, but LA’s next up has new plans for it. A future bass-y electronic take breathes new life to the song and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Grab your copy below and make sure to follow the homie on his socials.

Los Angeles’ Bass House Scene Just Got A Double Dose Of The Good Stuff
Los Angeles’ bass movement has seen a large spike recently and labels and shows fully dedicated to the heavy loving low end have been popping up all over town. When I got sent this record from Cooda’s management I knew it was going to fire but I had no idea it was going to be this wild. “Raptor” immediately works out all the kinks as it gets into the first verse. The verse offers some beautiful synth designs with a signature raptor-ish feel. Personally, it’s my favorite part of the song. We were able to chat with Cooda about his production approach,
“I like to enter the studio with a blank slate and nothing in mind. I just go. I love to explore the far reaches of sound design and choose unconventional sounds that I like and that call to me. As a creator I focus on creating unique rhythms and grooves that feel playful and fun but pack a gnarly triply vibe that catches you off guard”
