Splash House is set to return for its 5th anniversary in Palm Springs, California. Taking place over two weekends on June 9-11 and August 11-13, you have no excuse to miss this Summer festival staple!
Splash House is a festival unlike anything you have experienced before. Housed in three hotels, The Renaissance, The Riviera, and The Saguaro, music and dancing starts early in the morning for an all-day soiree.
At Splash House, getting to and from the festival has never been easier. A short walk from your hotel room leads you to the ultimate pool oasis; however, it doesn’t end there. Shuttles filled with air conditioning and water conveniently take all attendees from pool-to-pool. Groovin’ on the go means you’ll never have to worry about stalling the fun.
A beautiful desert environment that’s topped off with phenomenal musical performances from your favorite DJs – what more can you ask for? Headliners for June’s weekend includes Bonobo, Hot Chip, and Thomas Jack while August’s headliners are Big Gigantic, Kaytranada, and totally Enourmous Extinct Dinosaurs. Picking which weekend to attend is definitely going to be a struggle.
Tickets are on-sale now. Guests must be 21+. General Admission tickets are $ 135; After Hours tickets start at $ 40. Travel Packages available starting at $ 220 per person; all packages include weekend tickets and 3-night hotel accommodations.
If you haven’t noticed by now, the electronic dance music community isn’t very fond of President Trump, but instead of just rolling with the pushes, they’ve decided to make their voices heard. Following in Zedd‘s footsteps, the one and only RL Grime is hosting his own ACLU Benefit and it is going to be huge!
In a lineup that only included each artist’s legal name, the benefit show taking place at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles on March 16th was unveiled to the world. RL Grime (Henry Steinway), Shlohmo (Henry Laufer), Baauer (Harry Rodrigues), Groundislava (Jasper Patterson), DJ Dodger Stadium (Sam Griesemer & Jerome Potter), D33j (Djavan Santos) and Nick Melons (Nick Meledandri). All these names look familiar? That’s because they are all associated with the music collective who just so happens to be one of the event organizers, WeDidIt.
As expected, tickets for the benefit sold out immediately but we have a good feeling more tickets will be released in the near future…….or at least we hope so.
Unlike Pluto Announces “Everything Black” North American Tour & Free Download
Our friend, Unlike Pluto, hit his stride in 2016 with a handful of releases and his name popping up literally everywhere. There was a good reason for him to be on everyone’s watch list last year, but if you think he’s going to take his foot off the game….think again.
Picking up right where he left off, the Atlanta-born music-maker has announced his two month long 23-date headlining tour making stops in major markets like Los Angeles, Denver, San Francisco, Toronto, and Chicago.
This news comes of correlation with the release of his new single, “Worst In Me” via Trap Nation’s label Lowly Palace which he is giving away as a freebie. This is the first of many releases that are set to be released in the coming weeks. Unlike Pluto is a man on a mission.

Okeechobee Announces Second Wave Of Artists Set To Perform In Sunshine Grove
You know festival season is right around the corner when you start seeing two and three major lineup announcements a day. It can be a little overwhelming at times, I’m over here stressing about something that’s still six months away. Picking and choosing between festys is no doubt one of the hardest decisions of the spring/summer seasons. You want to see what every fest has to offer and you also have those few that feel like home. Even though it is only a second year festy, Okeechobee is a place that I picture myself frequenting.
I was sold when the phase one dropped so quite honestly this is just icing on the cake. When it comes to depth and diversity, Okeechobee is right up there with some OG festivals. The addition of Logic is major, he joins a talented group of rappers to round out what is basically every relevant high hop artist currently. Names like Ganja White Night, Space Jesus and 12th Planet can also be found on this phase two. You’ll see them there and all over your news feed as well because they are killing it right now. Don’t know who Sturgill Simpson is? Do some research, he’s Grammy nominated for album of the year, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Other notable additions include The Floozies, Kasbo, Brasstracks and Vulfpeck.
Head over to their website to check out the full lineup and for all other info. Only five days left for tier one passes and then the price goes up, grab your tickets here!
Jai Wolf Drops “Drive” Remix EP + Announces Fall Tour
Jai Wolf is easily one of the most inspiring new artists of the last 4 years. His music speaks directly to the soul and you can feel he is being honest with his creations. They come from the heart and that is why people are obsessed with him. Watching him rise has been a beautiful thing and I cannot wait to see him live. On top of this remix EP dropping, Jai also announced his Kindred Spirits Tour. Jerry Folk will be joining him on all the dates. You will also see Billboard, Chet Porter, Khai, and Ramzoid. Check the full dates below.
Today we have four official remixes of his latest single “Drive” that Odesza’s label Foreign Family signed. These remixes from Billboard, KRNE, Attom, and RAC are absolutely stunning. The one remix that really stood out to me was the Attom one. That textures in the drop and the melodies of those bell synths are remarkable. Grab a copy of the remixes below and enjoy your weekend!
Lights All Night Announces Lineup And Expansion To El Paso
The annual Dallas New Year’s festival Lights All Night has announced 6 of their headliners. Among those are Above & Beyond, A$ AP Ferg, Deadmau5, Nero, RL Grime and Zedd. They have also expanded out to El Paso (because #ElPasoKnowsHowToParty) for New Year’s Eve and will have Deadmau5 and RL Grime as their headliners. LAN will announce the rest of both lineups later this year but have already done a stellar job with these acts on the bill.
“We are excited to host some of the hottest electronic acts in music, in two locations over NYE weekend. Expanding the brand to El Paso has been a goal for us-it’s a huge hub of music, culture and arts, we’ve had our eye on it for a while now. Our mission is to provide a spectacular New Year’s Eve experience for the patrons. We are excited to give our west Texas and central America fans their own piece of Lights All Night to experience. We anticipate this being the first of other new markets for Lights All Night in 2017 and beyond,” says organizers Scott Osburn and Hank Keller of Dallas-based Highland Concerts.
From state of the art production surrounding the biggest names in electronic music today to specialty food trucks for a unique dining experience as well as signature experiential elements, fans can expect all points of attending LAN in Dallas and El Paso to be top-notch.
Tickets for the Dallas event are available now and tickets for El Paso will go on sale on June 10th. This has always been a fun festival to go to so get your tickets at the best price before they go up!
