Necro – “I Need Drugs” (Video)

I Need Drugs“, official video by Necro dropped in 1999 off the self titled album, known as one the most hardcore indie music videos of the late 90’s.  Necro’s uncle Howie and friends shoot up heroin and smoke crack throughout the whole video, which sparked much controversy around the video when it released due to the open usage of drugs.  Today, Necro is known as a solidified underground legend with a loyal cult following.  For everything Necro, visit necroproduct.com

This Remix Of Brandon Skeie’s “So Bad” Is Your Weekend Essential Tune

This Remix Of Brandon Skeie’s “So Bad” Is Your Weekend Essential Tune
Jeaux Bay

When this remix hit my inbox I had never heard of Brandon Skeie. You can bet your chicken & waffles hangover breakfast tomorrow that I will not be forgetting his name. I have to personally thank duo EDWYNN x TIKAL along with their collaborator Spirix. This future bass rendition of “So Bad” delivers the vocals in a completely new light. Really impressed with this one. Definitely being added to my collection. You should add it to yours as well.

[TSS PREMIERE] Klue Drops Funky Remix Of Paces & Rye Rye’s “Work Me Out”

[TSS PREMIERE] Klue Drops Funky Remix Of Paces & Rye Rye’s “Work Me Out”
Christos Schrader

Warm weather’s just around the corner here in the northern hemisphere, and even though our seasons don’t quite line up, there’s nobody that makes summery grooves quite like the Aussies. This track, a collab between Paces and Rye Rye (whose voice you might recognize from this Bassnectar track), was originally released on Paces’ album Vacation earlier this year and has now gotten a dope remix from Klue.

Klue, real name Gabriel Clouston, takes the tropical vibes of the original and infuses it with the funky Afrobeat vibe that is quickly becoming his signature style. The track starts with a hazy summertime flow and cool tribal drumming, and then the surprise drop about two thirds of the way through turns it suddenly into a low key floor-filler.

Klue’s got an EP coming real soon, and we can’t wait to hear it! Stream the remix below, and check out his upcoming EP’s lead single here.
